By accessing or using Mr. Everythang Home Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services Description
Mr. Everythang Home Services provides residential home maintenance and repair services in Beverly Hills, West Los Angeles, Brentwood, and Santa Monica, California.
3. Subscription Plans
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.
5. Cancellation Policy
Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with no fee, effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but may be paused.
6. Service Area
Services are available in Beverly Hills, West Los Angeles, Brentwood, and Santa Monica, California.
7. Scheduling & Access
Customers must provide reasonable property access for scheduled visits. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may count toward your monthly visit allotment.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mr. Everythang Home Services shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Privacy
Your use of our Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
